Oasis is a great place. The staff is welcoming and warm and patient. The living areas have plenty of room and are kept exceptionally clean. We were able to do a tour of the whole facility and ask the staff many questions and they were open and honest. I highly recommend it.

    At The Oasis Living, we offer a continuum of care.

    Independent Living is for active seniors who want a maintenance-free lifestyle without the burden of home repairs or chores.

    Assisted Living provides the same vibrant lifestyle but includes personalized help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, or medication management.

    Memory Care is a secure, specialized environment specifically designed for those living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, featuring 24/7 supervision and memory-enhancing programming.
    4. How do I know which level of care is right for my loved one?
    We begin with a professional, compassionate nursing assessment for every potential resident. This allows us to understand their unique health needs, mobility, and cognitive status. Whether you are looking at our Michigan or Illinois locations, our clinical team will guide you to the level of care that ensures the highest quality of life and safety.
    6. Can residents bring their own furniture and pets?
    Yes! We want your apartment to feel like home. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture, decor, and mementos. Regarding pets, many of our communities are pet-friendly for residents who can manage their pet’s needs independently. Please contact your specific location in Michigan or Illinois to discuss our current pet policy and any size requirements.
    7. What does the monthly fee include?
    To make life simple, we use a primarily all-inclusive monthly rate. This typically covers:

    - Your private apartment or suite.
    - Gourmet, restaurant-style dining (3 meals a day).
    - Utilities (electricity, water, heating, and often Wi-Fi/Cable).
    - Housekeeping and linen services.
    - Scheduled transportation for appointments and outings.
    - A full calendar of daily social activities and fitness programs.
    8. What happens if a resident's care needs change over time?
    One of the biggest benefits of The Oasis Living is the ability to "age in place." If a resident in Independent Living begins to need more help, they can often transition into Assisted Living or receive additional support services without a major move. If memory issues progress, our specialized Memory Care wing provides a seamless transition to a more secure environment with familiar faces.
